• Favorites: Projects you save to your favorites list
• App Settings: Your appearance preferences (light/dark mode)

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

How We Use Information

• Display nearby properties based on your location
• Provide property transaction data from public sources
• Remember your favorite projects locally
• Apply your preferred app settings

Data Sources

All property transaction data displayed in the App is sourced from publicly available data provided by Singapore's Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA). We do not collect or store personal information about property owners or transactions.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple Maps: To display property locations on the map (subject to Apple's Privacy Policy)

Data Security

Since we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is minimal risk to your privacy. Data stored locally on your device is protected by your device's built-in security features.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

• Deny Location Access: You can use the App without granting location permission. The nearby properties feature will not be available.
